Korean restaurant, Yeonje, Busan: Sinseon Myeonga kalguksu

Sinseon Myeonga is a Korean restaurant near Yeonsan Station in Yeonje, Busan. I had two bowls of anchovy kalguksu and a small bossam, and found the handmade noodles chewy, the broth mild, and the pork filling with tofu; the wide table spacing and dedicated parking behind the building were also convenient.

Korean restaurant in Yeonje, Busan: Sinseon Myeonga’s sujebi

Sinseon Myeonga is a Korean restaurant about six minutes on foot from Yeonsan Station Exit 14 in Yeonje, Busan. I had bossam, bulgogi bibimbap, and sujebi; the chewy dough and clean-tasting broth of the sujebi stood out most. The dedicated parking lot was convenient, though I needed to call ahead for the gate to be opened.

Korean restaurant in Yeonje, Busan: perilla oil kalguksu at Sinseon Myeonga

Sinseon Myeonga is a Korean restaurant about a seven-minute walk from Exit 16 of Yeonsan Station in Yeonje, Busan. I visited with my husband and father-in-law for two kinds of kalguksu, bulgogi bibimbap, and seafood pajeon; the nutty perilla oil kalguksu and chewy noodles stood out, though it could taste a little salty and we waited briefly at Saturday lunchtime.
