Jeongseong Katsu Chuncheon Hyoja Branch is a Japanese-style tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant near the back gate of Gangwon National University in Chuncheon, Gangwon (222 Seobudaeseong-ro). The order was kimchi cheese nabe with extra udon noodles plus a hire katsu (fried pork fillet) and soba set, and the portions felt large even for a grown man, with the katsu crisp outside and juicy inside and a generous pile of soba noodles.
