Gyeongpodae mulhoe restaurant with Gangneung beer pairing: Samsami-ne
Samsami-ne Gyeongpodae Main Branch is a mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) and red sea bream yubiki restaurant at the end of the sashimi restaurant street on Gyeongpodae Beach in Gangneung. The 80,000 won set for two at Samsami-ne brings mulhoe and red sea bream yubiki together with sushi rice, washed aged kimchi, steamed egg and shrimp, eaten here with a Gangneung beer. The broth was good enough that even someone who had never liked mulhoe drank the bowl dry, and it was worth a second trip to Gangneung in one summer.
