Ikki Roll Katsu Garosu-gil Main Branch is a handmade pork cutlet restaurant in Garosu-gil, Gangnam, Seoul, with 25 years of history after starting in Sinchon in 1999 and later moving to Garosu-gil. The order was the sweet potato cheese pork cutlet (15,500 won) and the salad pork cutlet (15,000 won), eaten with the unlimited broccoli cream soup self-bar, where the sweet-salty side and the fresh, tangy side kept the meal from feeling heavy to the last bite. For a Garosu-gil date or a group meal, Ikki Roll Katsu is a no-fail combination.

Samsin Garosu-gil has black-and-mint interiors, 7 private rooms, valet parking on the 1st floor and free corkage for one bottle with the D course or above; the writer ordered the 25,000 won lunch A course for two and worked through snow crab soup, dim sum, Tokyo tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), jjamppong, Taean potato jajangmyeon and dessert. Good value and attentive service added up to a 100% intent to return.
