Bueokgan Sangmu Branch is a pasta and wood-fired pizza restaurant in the Sangmu district of Seo-gu, Gwangju. Arriving on a weekend at 1:30pm meant a short wait in the waitlist seats before Couple Set B (₩51,000), which brought a garden salad, jambon pizza, shrimp rosé pasta and two apple earl grey ades. Between the light dough piled with jambon and the thick, creamy rosé pasta, Bueokgan Sangmu Branch is a place worth coming back to again and again.
