Dongtan solo lunch pork cutlet with lemon salt and wasabi: Kkot Gatsu
Kkot Gatsu Dongtan Main Branch is a Japanese pork cutlet restaurant near the Mokdong apartment complexes in Dongtan, Hwaseong. On a weekday visit at 1pm, solo dining worked fine: the deungkkotcheu (loin and tenderloin cutlet combo) costs 20,500 won and came with a zero-sugar cola, and of the lemon salt, truffle salt and wasabi on the tray, lemon salt plus wasabi was the best pairing. The tenderloin cutlet at Kkot Gatsu was among the softest anywhere, making a return visit certain.
