My lips dry out easily and still feel parched soon after I apply lip balm, so while looking for a lip mask to use before bed, I tried Durgent Overnight Peptide Collagen Lip Mask.

What was included when I first used it?
The pink container looked neat on my vanity, and its size did not feel burdensome for carrying around. A silicone lip spatula sits inside the lid, so I could use it without scooping the product out directly with my fingers.

Since hygienic use matters to me, I was happy with the included spatula.
How did the texture and feel after application compare?

Rather than being thick and dense, it felt closer to a bouncy gel. It had some spring when I scooped it up with the spatula, then seemed to melt smoothly onto and adhere to my lips.

It was not overly sticky or heavy, so it did not feel like a burden to apply before bed. The coating-like feel over my whole lips also seemed pleasantly restrained.
How were my lips the next day after applying it at night?
Since I tend to get flakes often, I applied a generous layer before falling asleep. It gave a subtle moisturized feeling after application and seemed not to dry out easily as time passed.
The next morning, my lips felt less tight and the lifted flakes felt a little softer. It was nice to use when I wanted to smooth out the condition of my lips before applying lipstick.
What are the ingredients and product features?

- This is a lip-care product containing collagen and peptide ingredients.
- It is described as containing shea butter.
- The product highlights care for rough flakes and a mild formula as its features.
How did I use it before bed?

- I cleaned up my lips before going to sleep.
- Using the dedicated spatula, I scooped out an appropriate amount and applied a generous layer over my lips.
- In the morning, I lightly wiped away any remaining product or let it absorb naturally.
What lip concerns did it suit?
It seemed like a good fit for days when lips dry out easily or lip makeup catches on flakes, and when you want intensive lip care before bed. It may also be worth considering if you prefer a texture that is not too sticky and an included spatula.
