Jeonpo-dong charcoal pork BBQ: 500g half-set, Dwitdon Sanghoe

Dwitdon Sanghoe, Jeonpo Branch is a charcoal-grilled Korean pork BBQ restaurant in Busanjin, Busan, across from the Paris Baguette at Jeonpo Station Exit 2, specializing in dwitgogi (rare pork off-cuts). On a weekend evening the order was the 500g dwitdon half-set with bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles) and doenjang sulbap (soybean paste rice), grilled starting from the dwittongsal neck-back cut and moving clockwise. The pork had none of the gamey smell dwitgogi can carry — clean and nutty right to the last piece, never heavy.
