The order was two bowls of Song Giwon 1997, the mixed naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles) made with two house sauces, at 14,000 won each, plus yukjeon (pan-fried beef) at 25,000 won and free refills from the self-serve hot broth corner. Instead of sharp seasoning, Song Giwon 1997 keeps the buckwheat noodles, beef and pear clean and mild.
