Busan sashimi spot with half-and-half halibut mulhoe: Suseong Susan
Suseong Susan is a sashimi and mulhoe (raw fish in cold broth) restaurant near the Sinho Industrial Complex in Sinho-dong, Gangseo, Busan. Mulhoe and sashimi bibimbap were ordered together at Suseong Susan, with halibut and flounder sashimi arriving half-and-half on its own plate to mix into the icy broth or the gochujang sauce, and abalone came with the free side dishes. Because the sashimi is served separately, its freshness is easy to judge, and the private parking lot out front makes Suseong Susan an easy family meal by car.
