Bisan-dong, Anyang gopchang restaurant full by 7:10pm: Ilmigop
Ilmigop is a beef gopchang (grilled beef intestine) restaurant that opened in March 2026 on the ground floor of the Hansin The Hue commercial building in Bisan-dong, Anyang. Arriving at 6:40pm on a weekday and ordering the assorted grill for two, the writer saw every seat at Ilmigop taken by around 7:10pm, and a Naver reservation used before 7pm brought free beef brisket and a large pot of soft tofu stew. With no gamy smell and several cuts to try in one order, Ilmigop is the place that comes to mind next time a gopchang craving hits in Anyang.
