Paju Chinese restaurant nurungji stone-plate jjajang: Dolpanseok

Dolpanseok Jjamppong Paju Simhaksan Branch is a stone-plate Chinese restaurant at 8-38 Dolgotchi-gil, Paju, Gyeonggi. Two diners shared the nurungji (scorched rice) stone-plate jjajang, medium for two at 28,000 won, with handmade tungbosha shrimp toast at 15,000 won for 4 pieces and mala gyoza mandu at 7,000 won for 6 pieces. The hot stone plate kept the noodles sizzling to the last bite, and the crisp nurungji left at the bottom made the meal worth the trip.
