Arriving right after the afternoon break, the writer and a partner ordered charcoal dakgalbi for two (32,000 won), buckwheat jeonbyeong (9,000 won) and both water and bibim dessert makguksu (12,000 won), and the thigh-only chicken stayed tender with a gentle smoky note. Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi is corkage-free, so the writer plans to return with a bottle of their own.
