Goyang ramen restaurant, extra chashu and spicy sauce: Gyedan Ramen
Gyedan Ramen Ilsan Main Branch is a ramen restaurant on Bamlidan-gil in Ilsandong-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi. The writer ordered Gyedan Ramen and Motsu Ramen, each with extra chashu, plus tamago-bap (egg rice), dialed in the heat with the spicy sauce on the table, and poured the leftover broth over the rice at the end. Gyedan Ramen served the best broth the writer had tasted all year, including the ramen eaten in Japan.
