Marine City weekday lunch set: two jjamppong and tangsuyuk, Bueokgan
Bueokgan Chinese Marine City Branch is an ocean-view Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor of The Sharp Adelis commercial building in Marine City, Haeundae, Busan. After a hotel staycation of nothing but hotel food, the writer wanted a spicy broth and ordered the lunch set available only on weekdays between 12 and 3, with two bowls of jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), taking a window seat facing Dongbaekseom island and the blue sea. Parking is free for 1 hour 30 minutes in the building's lot, and the food and view are worth it — just expect to hunt for the entrance on a first visit, since you enter through the apartment gate and turn right.
