Gimhae sushi restaurant open all day with no break time: Sushi Hwa
Sushi Hwa is a flame-seared sushi restaurant on Bongni-dan-gil in Bonghwang-dong, Gimhae. Over lunch with my mom we ordered two raw sushi sets plus one flame-seared sushi set: the shrimp was plump and springy, the salmon melted in the mouth, and the mini udon that came with the sets was textbook. Sushi Hwa opens daily from 10:00 to 21:00 with no break time, and both the entrance and the seating are wheelchair accessible, so there is no pressure to time your lunch.
