Waltz and Dr. Mahn is a café with a coffee museum and restaurant on Bukhangang-ro in Joan-myeon, Namyangju, Gyeonggi. Arriving on a Sunday at 5pm meant the coffee museum was already past its 4pm last entry, so the visit was spent at a window seat overlooking the Bukhan River with a mocaccino, Honor and Chevalier, and seasonal fruit cheesecake (9,000 won). Come before 4pm if you want the museum, and after 6pm if you want quiet photos of the space.
