Nampo-dong bar with brisket seafood fish cake stew: Budan Nampo
Budan Nampo Branch is a 110-seat cooking bar on the second floor of Gwangbok-ro in Jung-gu, Busan. On this visit — at least the seventh self-paid trip since the writer turned 20 — Budan Nampo Branch served beef brisket seafood odeng-tang (fish cake stew), omokjomok and blueberry ice cream for the first time, plus three refills of the complimentary toast. With plump blue crab meat in the broth, Budan Nampo Branch is hard to get wrong for a group night out in Nampo-dong.
