Juchon, Gimhae gamjatang restaurant: gondre egg rice pot for a toddler
Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch (뼈대있는해장국 주촌점) is a gamjatang (pork bone stew) and haejangguk (hangover soup) restaurant in Juchon-myeon, Gimhae, near Costco, certified as a Korean food master (hansik daega) restaurant. The writer ordered the Daega Hansang set of gamjatang with garlic pork skin pyeonyuk (pressed pork skin slices) and spicy skate salad, plus a separate gondre (Korean thistle) egg rice pot for a 2-year-old. Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk is a good stop with kids when you need a hearty meal after a Costco run.
