Haean Sutbul Galbi Gwangalli Main Branch is a charcoal BBQ restaurant on Namcheon Bada-ro in Suyeong, Busan, open until 1am and easy to reach for a late-night meal with drinks. Two of us ordered 3 servings of grilled pork tail plus a review-event extra, 2 bowls of mul milmyeon (cold wheat noodles), doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), 2 bowls of rice and 2 bottles of soju, and the deboned pork tail turned chewier the longer it grilled, tasting best with the spicy pickled mustard leaf. Haean Sutbul Galbi is a good choice in Gwangalli when you want a meat dish more unusual than samgyeopsal and a full meal to go with it.
