Suwon Japanese restaurant: gyukatsu with Japanese cider, Gyuen-dang
Gyuen-dang Avenue France Gwanggyo Branch is a gyukatsu (Japanese beef cutlet) restaurant in the basement of Avenue France by Gwanggyo Jungang Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi. The order was the sirloin gyukatsu set, geso-age squid tempura and brie cheese omurice, with each piece of beef grilled on a personal stone from rare to medium and washed down with Japanese cider. Gyuen-dang's sirloin gyukatsu tasted clean with nothing but wasabi, and the visit ended with a 500% return-visit rating.
