Gyuen-dang gyukatsu near Gwanggyo Central Station: grill swap, butter
Gyuen-dang Avenue France Gwanggyo Branch is a Japanese gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant in a basement near Gwanggyo Central Station, Galleria Gwanggyo and Avenue France in Suwon, Gyeonggi. The tenderloin gyukatsu and sirloin gyukatsu are grilled at the table over a small charcoal brazier, staff will swap the fire and the grill plate when the heat fades, and extra butter is 1,000 won. Gyuen-dang is fun if you like controlling your own doneness, though your clothes may pick up a faint grilled-meat smell.
