Suwanjigu Form is a Blue Ribbon-listed Western restaurant on Suwan-ro 10beon-gil in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju. The meal at Suwanjigu Form covered Korean beef tartare, an octopus dish, a summer-season pork tenderloin dish and squid-ink pancetta pasta, and the octopus was far and away the best of them. With dark green and wood interiors plus an open kitchen, Suwanjigu Form suits a date or a special-occasion get-together.
