Siheung hot pot and spring roll buffet in Janggok-dong: Pyeonbaek
Pyeonbaek Hoegwan Siheung Janggok Branch is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and Vietnamese-style spring roll restaurant on the 3rd floor of Janggok Edu Tower in Siheung, Gyeonggi. Visiting on day one of the renewal opening with a friend, the writer ate a full course from pyeonbaekjjim (cedar-steamed platter) to half-and-half broth shabu-shabu and spring rolls, and found peanut sauce mixed with chili sauce the best combination. With takoyaki, mukbap (jelly noodle soup) and a misugaru (roasted grain) slushie on the salad bar as well, both friends left satisfied.
