An early morning open run brought home the daesang chewy barley loaf and the rye chewy barley loaf, and after sharing them the writer's baby dropped longtime favorite White Lie, making Chamsae Bori Sikppang the household's number one loaf; the owner also handed the baby a big madeleine for free. With the mascarpone milk cream on the side, it is a bakery worth returning to for breakfast bread.
