Coconut-hater's coconut coffee at Starfield Suwon café: Jeong Jiyeong
Jeong Jiyeong Coffee Roasters Starfield Suwon Branch is the second-floor Starfield Suwon shop of a local coffee brand that started in Suwon's Haenggung-dong in 2017. Although I don't usually like coconut, a poster advertising 1.11 million cups sold and a patent convinced me to order the coconut coffee, and it wasn't overly sweet — the coffee's bitterness matched the coconut so well that I never needed to trade for my husband's grapefruit ade. If you love coffee but aren't sold on coconut, the coconut coffee at Jeong Jiyeong Coffee Roasters is worth trying once.
