Bomseol is a hanjeongsik (Korean set-meal) restaurant in Chowol-eup, Gwangju, Gyeonggi, renamed in 2026 from Gangminju's Deulbap under the same owner. On a weekday visit at 1pm with family, the barley gulbi set cost 27,000 won and the cockle salad set 23,000 won, each served as an 8-dish banchan spread with stone-pot rice, cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew) and unlimited refills from the self-bar. The side dishes are good enough that even someone who used to skip namul (seasoned vegetables) returns every two weeks, making Bomseol a safe choice for family gatherings or a meal with parents.
