Mazesoba and shabu pho set near Keimyung University: Myeonsikdang
Myeonsikdang Keimyung University Branch is a noodle restaurant near the Keimyung University back-gate strip in Dalseo, Daegu, serving ramen, soba, and pho together. On a Sunday lunch, the writer ordered a two-person set of mazesoba (mixed noodles) and shabu pho with sides of spicy mini-pork bowl and mozzarella cheese cutlet, plus a green grape ade, and topped it off with self-bar broth and pickled chili radish. Fast service and a spacious interior made it comfortable for both solo diners and groups.
