Siheung restaurant with a self-serve side bar: Jeongssi Hambak
Jeongssi Hambak Baegot Branch is a Western-style restaurant in the Baegot area of Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, serving hamburg steak alongside pasta, pork cutlet and bibimbap. Visiting with the kids, the writer ordered the Jeongssi Hambak steak, cheese pork cutlet and kimchi fried rice, picked up the basic side dishes at the self-bar, and was served a small portion of tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cakes) before the mains. The tender hamburg steak, crispy cheese pork cutlet and savory kimchi fried rice were all different enough to make Jeongssi Hambak an easy spread to share as a family.
