Suwon restaurant with refillable eggplant fritters and namul: Boriook
Boriook Main Branch is an all-you-can-eat barley rice restaurant behind the Mangpo Fantasium building in Yeongtong, Suwon. The writer ordered the mackerel set, mixed 8 kinds of namul (seasoned vegetables) into a big bowl, and went back two or three times for eggplant fritters and thick japchae (glass noodle stir-fry), all for under 30,000 won for two. For anyone who loves barley rice, Boriook Main Branch is the best in Suwon.
