Meolmeol Pangyo is a Nordic-inspired brunch café in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. We tried four dishes, from fig and jambon salad to spicy lemon anchovy pasta, plus drinks. Verdict: the ₩9,000 truffle baby potatoes are a must-order.
