Pork BBQ in Ganam-eup, Yeoju grilled by staff: Hwassi2192
Hwassi2192 Nam-Yeoju Branch 2 is an oak-fired Korean BBQ restaurant at Samgun-sageori in Ganam-eup, Yeoju, Gyeonggi. Ordering pork neck, belly, and jowl separately turned out to be unnecessary, since the oak-fired grill platter for two already includes all three, and a staff member at Hwassi2192 grilled every piece from start to finish. With wild garlic leaf wraps, beef brisket doenjang (soybean paste) stew, and Yeoju rice alongside, the meat never got tiresome to the last bite.
