Siheung loach soup and whole mackerel restaurant: Seolak Chueotang
Seolak Chueotang Hwadeok Saengseon-gui Mulwang Reservoir Main Branch is a Korean restaurant near Mulwang Lake in Siheung, Gyeonggi, serving chueotang (loach soup) and hearth-grilled fish. A couple ordered one ureong chueotang (loach soup with freshwater snails) and one grilled mackerel, and each dish arrived with its own hot-pot rice, while the mackerel also came with a soybean paste stew. The mackerel was a whole fish rather than a half, making Seolak Chueotang a hearty meal for two to share.
