Family dinner with nasi goreng and pho at Pho Witch, Anyang restaurant
Pho Witch is a Vietnamese restaurant tucked in the Pyeongchon hagwon (private academy) district alley in Anyang, Gyeonggi. Visiting on a weekday at 5pm, the writer tried the sibling set of stir-fried pho and pho, spring rolls, and also checked out the nasi goreng — the spices are mild, making it easy for family meals with kids. With green plants and pink walls creating a Vietnam-like atmosphere, it's also worth saving for a post-academy meal or a date spot.
