Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch is an all-you-can-eat beef shabu-shabu and Vietnamese rice paper wrap restaurant in Wirye, Seongnam, Gyeonggi, priced at 21,900 won per person. A weekend opening-run visit at Dadam paired a clear broth with a spicy broth, then worked through peanut sauce wolnamssam (Vietnamese rice paper wraps), kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), egg porridge and an affogato finish. The fresh self-bar and roomy space made Dadam better than expected.
