Fresh sashimi platter and live octopus hot pot in Yeongtong, Suwon: Susan Jang
Susan Jang Suwon Yeongtong Branch is a raw fish and seafood restaurant on Cheongmyeongnam-ro in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon. This visit ordered the seasonal mixed sashimi special and live octopus yeonpotang (hot pot), moving from thick-cut sashimi with abalone, scallops, and sea cucumber to a bubbling broth finished with whole live octopus. Cold sashimi into hot soup made it a great combination to share with a group.
