Gohobi Katsu is a Japanese pork cutlet restaurant near Suwon Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi. I had the loin and tenderloin katsu set for 18,000 won at a counter seat, with generous rice and miso soup full of pork. Verdict: Gohobi Katsu is a place I’d return to when I want crisp katsu on my own.
