Suwon kalguksu dinner for two with seafood pancake and soju: Daseon
Daseon Kalguksu Main Branch is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant on Hyanggyo-ro near Suwon Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi. Craving a warm broth at dinner, two diners ordered the kalguksu set (noodles plus boiled pork), one more bowl of kalguksu, a seafood pancake and a bottle of soju. The aged noodles and clam seafood broth were rich and the servings generous, so noodles plus the seafood pancake made a filling dinner for two.
