Weekend gukbap lunch with 240g dombe pork in Suwon: Jeju Eunhuine

Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch is a haejangguk (hangover soup) and Jeju-style dombe pork restaurant a 3-minute walk from Exit 8 of Suwon City Hall Station in Ingye-dong. On a weekend visit just after 12, the order was haejangguk at 12,000 won and dombe pork (medium) at 24,000 won for 240g, and two diners finished three bowls of rice with the glass noodles and blood cubes packed into the broth. For a filling lunch with parking in Ingye-dong, the haejangguk and dombe pork combo at Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch is the pairing to order.

Yangpuni Kimchi Jjigae & Samgyeopsal is a Korean restaurant near Gaenari Park in Dongtan, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. The pork belly kimchi jjim set for two, 28,000 won, comes with well-fermented kimchi, pork belly, a thick egg roll and rice, which we mixed in a large bowl with broth, kimchi, meat and seaweed flakes. Yangpuni is a satisfying choice when you want a hearty home-style Korean meal.
