Goyang ramen restaurant with mild or rich broth: Gyedan Ramen

Gyedan Ramen Ilsan Main Branch is a ramen restaurant in Goyang, Gyeonggi, where diners can choose a regular or rich broth. I tried both Gyedan Ramen versions, rich Motsu Ramen, tamago rice, and chashu rice bowls, plus the spicy sauce tip. Verdict: a ramen spot I happily return to again and again.
