Shrimp-allergy netaswap sushi set at Hwangje Sushi, Ilsan restaurant
Hwangje Sushi Ilsan Main Branch is a Japanese restaurant on Baengma-ro in Ilsan, Goyang, near Goyang Aunuri. Stopping in with a friend during a weekend drive, the writer ordered the today's sushi set, tonkatsu, and udon, and asked staff to swap out the shrimp neta for a shrimp allergy, which they happily did. With generous service croquettes and cucumber salad on top, it was a satisfying way to enjoy sushi, fried food, and noodles in one sitting.
