Anyang sashimi restaurant with seaweed-aged fish: Namhae Mulgogi
Namhae Mulgogi Anyang is a sashimi restaurant on the fourth floor of Jungang Plaza near Beomgye Station in Anyang. I visited with a friend on a weekday evening for the two-person seaweed-aged sashimi set, and remembered its progression from sushi and futo-maki to yuringi, clams, and shabu-shabu.
