A pregnant couple visited at 5:45pm as the first customers of the day and ordered pork belly, makchang (grilled beef intestine), gopchang skin, and snow cheese kimchi fried rice, with staff checking the volcano-shaped grill's temperature to keep everything crispy. Makchang and gopchang were both good, but their surprise favorite of the night was the pork belly.
