Paju dumpling restaurant for a group of 9: mandu jjabagi, Bubyeokjeong
Bubyeokjeong Pyeongyang Mandu is a Pyeongyang-style dumpling restaurant on Jimok-ro in Paju, Gyeonggi. A group of 9 friends came for Saturday lunch, waited about 15 minutes on the Catch Table on-site list, split across two tables, and shared mild and spicy Pyeongyang mandu hot pot (28,000 won for two), mandu jjabagi (dumpling stew, 12,000 won), mung bean pancake and both plain and spicy Pyeongyang buckwheat noodles. Bubyeokjeong Pyeongyang Mandu works well for a big group tasting several dishes at once, and the mandu jjabagi was the standout.
