Charcoal beef jjolmyeon at a Yongin noodle restaurant: Chilseong
Chilseong Jemyeonso Suji Main Branch is a noodle restaurant near Seongbok Station in Yongin, Gyeonggi, serving 33 varieties of noodle dishes. I tried the ₩8,000 potato pancake, ₩14,500 charcoal-grilled beef jjolmyeon, ₩15,500 pan-memil soba set, and ₩3,000 rice cake skewers. Verdict: a satisfying spot I’d happily revisit to work through the menu.
