Three generations at a Suwon Korean BBQ: pork belly with bibim guksu
Dojeok Suwon is a knife-cut pork belly restaurant on Nahyeseok-geori in Inge-dong, Suwon, Gyeonggi. Two adults and a child shared three servings of knife-cut pork belly plus mul naengmyeon (cold noodle soup) and bibim guksu (spicy mixed noodles), with staff grilling the meat and cutting it in the kitchen, and the 7,000-won noodle portions turning out huge. Wrapping the pork belly in bibim guksu was the highlight, and with 4-hour parking available at Castle Tower nearby, it made for a satisfying three-generation family meal.
