Quiet weeknight late-night yang gopchang near Kkangtong Market, Busan

Bupyeong Yang Gopchang is a 30-year-old yang gopchang (grilled beef tripe and intestine) restaurant in the Nampo-dong offal alley near Kkangtong Market in Jung-gu, Busan. Visiting on a quiet weekday late night, the writer sat at an outdoor street-stall table and ordered the medium stone-pan seasoned gopchang (₩45,000) with udon noodle sari and fried rice, plus complimentary steamed egg and patbingsu. Between the old-school outdoor dining atmosphere and the friendly service, it's become a first-choice regular spot every time the writer visits Busan.
