Choryang pork cutlet restaurant, cream soup dipping: Dal and Sixpence

Gyeongyangsik Dal and Sixpence Main Branch is a Western-style (gyeongyangsik) pork cutlet restaurant in Choryang, Dong-gu, Busan, that has been running since 1985. Two friends ordered the double pork cutlet at 13,000 won and the sweet potato cheese pork cutlet at 12,500 won, and the meal came with the old-school pre-meal udon broth and cream soup; dipping the cutlet in the leftover cream soup doubled the flavour. For a classic brown sauce pork cutlet near Busan Station, Dal and Sixpence Main Branch is the answer.
