Self-serve bar and solo milmyeon in Seomyeon, Busan: Seomyeon Milmyeon

Seomyeon Milmyeon is a milmyeon (chewy wheat cold noodle) restaurant in Eos Plaza, a 5-minute walk from Exit 8 of Seomyeon Station in Busanjin, Busan. Dining solo, the writer ordered mul-milmyeon (cold broth noodles) for 10,000 won and dumplings for 7,500 won, was seated with no wait, and picked up a side plate and utensils at the self-serve bar. Following the restaurant's posted "5 ways to eat it deliciously" and skipping the scissors left the noodles chewier, and the portion was generous for one person.
