New annex café in Gimhae: Shin-chan decor and cold brew at Yu Yu Yu

Yu Yu Yu (유유유) is a large bakery café at 450 Inje-ro in Gimhae, Gyeongnam, where a newly opened annex now runs alongside the original building. From the annex's floor-to-ceiling windows and their green view, the visit covered cold brew, passion fruit ade, Earl Grey tigré, a kaya butter croissant and a ham omelet sandwich, plus Crayon Shin-chan decorations dotted around the rooms. With a wide dedicated parking lot, Yu Yu Yu is an easy choice in Gimhae for family meet-ups and group visits.

Gimhae gopchang restaurant with pineapple sauce: Miracle Yang Gopchang

Miracle Yang Gopchang is a beef tripe and intestine (gopchang) restaurant on Yulha 7-ro in Gimhae, Gyeongnam, opened two months ago by the owner of the original Changwon branch. Two of us ordered the salt-grilled set for 2 and the gopchang hot pot for 2 with extra udon noodles, and the owner grilled the teukyang (premium tripe) and daechang (large intestine) over charcoal at the table, served with a standout homemade pineapple sauce. The intestines had no off smell and the hot pot broth went from sharp and spicy to rich as it simmered — the only regret was being too full for the teukyang fried rice.
